"Oh my goodness, where do I start. 😊 Have you ever been at the end of your rope, and it felt as if you couldn't hold on any longer? Well, that was me on yesterday. I had tried everything I knew to try, but still I couldn't reach the right person to assist me properly. I tried calling the 800 number for assistance and still, to no avail. For a couple of weeks this pattern played out. I simply couldn't take it anymore. I put in ONE phone call....ONE!!...to Mrs. Michelle Taylor, over at Travis Davis, State Farm. I spoke with her, explaining what my needs were and if I tell you in less than 30 minutes she had everything under control as well as having my problems resolved. I was totally amazed at her mannerism and ever so grateful for her kindness and willingness to help me get things worked out. I Thank God for her knowledge and her compassion, as she treats you, not as a number or even a customer, BUT she treats you as family. You can't find customer service like that very often. I'm blessed to call her my Agent but most of all I Thank God for allowing me to meet a true friend.
